Quick answer: most Orlando junk removal jobs land between $75 and $500. The number on your final invoice comes down to three things: how much there is, how heavy it is, and how hard it is to get to. Let’s break it down.
The three load sizes (and what they cost)
Small load: $75 to $150
About a quarter of a pickup truck. A few items, a single-room cleanout, a stack of small debris. Examples: an old couch and two end tables; a garage shelf and a broken bike; ten bags of clothing and household items.
Medium load: $150 to $300
About half a truck. Multi-room cleanouts, furniture plus appliances, most garage purges. Examples: a queen bed, dresser, mattress, and TV stand; a kitchen worth of appliances during a renovation; a full garage of holiday décor and lawn equipment.
Large load: $300+
Full truck, often multiple trips. Estate cleanouts, full construction debris, investor flips, large hot tubs, exercise equipment combos. We don’t set a hard upper bound here because the volume varies. We give you a written number before we start.
What affects the price
- Volume. The single biggest factor. We price by truck space, not weight.
- Weight. Construction debris, dirt, and concrete cost more than the same volume of furniture because the dump charges by the ton.
- Access. If we have to carry it down three flights or around the back of a property, that adds labor time.
- Specialty items. Mattresses, hot tubs, and CRT TVs have specific disposal fees in Florida. We include them in the quote.
What it doesn’t depend on
- Estimator visits. We don’t charge a trip fee. Text a photo and we’ll quote a range before we drive out.
- Upfront deposits. Nothing due until the work is done.
- Time of day. Same price for morning, afternoon, or evening.
What we don’t take
We can’t take hazardous materials or chemicals. Most Orange, Seminole, and Osceola County waste programs run free or low-cost drop-off days for those items. Call us and we’ll point you to the right one.

How we compare to national chains
National junk removal chains (1-800-GOT-JUNK and similar) price the same way but tend to come in 15-25% higher in our experience, mostly because of franchise overhead. We’re a small, owner-operated team. Same trucks, same disposal sites, less paperwork.
