Trash Time Valet Service started in 2019 with a simple frustration. The owners had watched too many apartment communities cycle through national valet trash vendors that treated the work like a route number on a spreadsheet. Trash got missed. Hallways stayed dirty. Property managers got the runaround. Residents stopped trusting the service.
So Johanne and Jonathon Thompson built the opposite of that. A local, family-run, owner-operated valet trash and junk removal company where the people whose names are on the LLC are the same people who walk the route, answer the phone, and own the outcome.
Seven years later, we still operate that way. The owner still answers her own phone at 9 PM. The crew still wears branded vests. The hallways we leave behind still look like nobody was there. And in 2026, we earned the paperwork to prove what was always true about us: an official OSD Certified Business Enterprise designation as a verified Minority and Women-Owned Business, Orange County SBE certification, and national NMSDC Certified MBE status, the credential corporate supplier diversity programs recognize across the country. What We Do
Door-to-dumpster, every night.
We provide doorstep valet trash for multifamily communities six nights a week including holidays, plus same-day junk removal, hauling, and cleanouts for homeowners, investors, businesses, commercial properties, corporate facilities, and government clients across Orange, Seminole, and Osceola Counties. Routes start at 8 PM. Quotes come back within two business hours. Recycling pickup is available as an add-on night.
