This page contains two documents: our Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service. "TTVS," "we," "us," and "our" mean Trash Time Valet Service, LLC, a Florida limited liability company. "You" means anyone who visits our website, contacts us, or uses our services.
Privacy Policy
1. Applicability and scope
This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect through our website (trashtimevaletservice.com), by phone, by text message, by email, through our online booking and scheduling tools, through social media pages we control, and in person when we provide valet trash, junk removal, hauling, or cleanout services. It applies to residents of communities we serve, property management contacts, business and government clients, and individual customers.
This policy does not apply to websites, apps, or services operated by third parties, including the payment processors and scheduling platforms we use, which have their own privacy policies.
2. Information we collect
We collect only what we need to quote, schedule, perform, and bill for our services. Depending on how you interact with us, that can include:
- Identifiers and contact details: your name, phone number, email address, billing address, and the service address where work will be performed.
- Property and job details: community name, unit counts, gate or access codes you choose to share, parking or loading instructions, and descriptions of the items to be collected or removed.
- Photos: pictures you text or email us so we can quote a job, and before-and-after photos our crew takes to document completed work.
- Communications: the content of your calls, voicemails, text messages, emails, and form submissions with us, including service requests and missed-pickup reports.
- Payment information: we do not store full credit or debit card numbers. Card payments are processed by our third-party payment processors, and we retain only transaction records (amount, date, last digits of the card, and payment status).
- Business information: for commercial, corporate, and government clients, the information needed for contracts and vendor files, such as company name, job title, and procurement contact details.
- Website usage information: standard technical data collected automatically when you visit our site, such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and referring page.
- Employment information: if you apply to work with us, the information you include in your application.
We do not collect sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, health information, or precise geolocation, and we do not use any information to make inferences beyond what is needed to provide our services.
3. How we collect information
- Directly from you, when you call, text, email, fill out our contact or quote form, book a pickup, or speak with our crew on site.
- Automatically, through cookies and similar technologies described in section 7 when you use our website.
- From third parties, such as a property manager or community owner who provides resident or unit information needed to run a valet trash route, a prime contractor that adds us to a project, or a vendor credentialing platform that processes our onboarding with your company.
4. How we use information
- To deliver services: quoting jobs, scheduling pickups, running nightly routes, performing cleanouts, and confirming completed work.
- To communicate with you: appointment confirmations, arrival windows, schedule changes, weather delays, missed-pickup follow-ups, invoices, and receipts.
- To operate our business: billing, accounting, insurance, record-keeping, and responding to vendor credentialing and procurement requests.
- To improve our services: reviewing service requests, complaints, and website usage to make routes and response times better.
- For limited marketing: occasionally sharing service updates or offers with past customers. Every marketing message includes a way to opt out, and opting out never affects service messages about an active job.
- For safety and legal compliance: protecting our crew, our customers, and our business, and complying with applicable law, regulation, or legal process.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising purposes.
5. Text message (SMS) terms
Much of our business runs over text, so this part matters:
- When you text us, or give us your mobile number to schedule service, you agree to receive service-related text messages from us at that number, such as quotes, confirmations, arrival updates, and follow-ups.
- Message frequency varies with your service. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile plan.
- Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for assistance. You can also call us at 689-238-9656 to change how we contact you.
- We do not share your mobile number or text message consent with third parties for marketing.
6. When we share information
We share personal information only as needed to run the business:
- Service providers: payment processors, scheduling and booking software, accounting software, email and messaging providers, and website hosting. These providers may only use your information to provide services to us.
- Property owners and managers: if you live in a community we serve under contract, we share service-related information with your community's management, such as missed-pickup reports, route confirmations, and bulk-item notices.
- Contract and procurement counterparties: for commercial and government work, the information reasonably required in contracts, bids, invoices, and compliance documentation.
- Insurance and legal: our insurer, accountant, or attorney when needed to address a claim, audit, or legal matter.
- Legal compliance and safety: when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or when necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of TTVS, our crew, our customers, or others.
- Business transfers: if TTVS is ever merged, acquired, or sells substantially all of its assets, customer records may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
7. Cookies and website analytics
Our website uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies to make the site work and to understand how visitors use it. These may include essential cookies set by our hosting platform for security and performance, and basic analytics that tell us which pages are visited. We load fonts and icons from third-party content delivery networks, and our contact page embeds a Google map; those third parties may receive standard technical data (like your IP address) when your browser loads their content.
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Our website does not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, but we honor opt-out rights described in this policy regardless of browser signals. We do not run cross-site behavioral advertising on our website.
8. Photos taken at jobs
Our crew takes photos of loads and work areas to document jobs, support quotes, and resolve any disputes about completed work. Photos that could identify your home, unit, or property are used for marketing (such as our website gallery or social media) only in a way that avoids personally identifying information, and we will honor any request to remove a photo of your property from our marketing. Text us at 689-238-9656 or email info@trashtimevaletservice.com.
9. How long we keep information
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide services, comply with legal, tax, accounting, and insurance requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Quote requests that do not become jobs are kept for a reasonable period in case you come back, then deleted in the ordinary course of business.
10. How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate for a business of our size, including limiting access to customer records to the owners and staff who need them, using reputable third-party platforms with their own security programs, and not storing payment card numbers ourselves. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we encourage you to use reasonable caution when sending information online.
11. Your choices and rights
You can, at any time:
- Opt out of marketing by replying STOP to a text, clicking unsubscribe in an email, or contacting us directly. Transactional messages about an active service continue.
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your information, subject to records we must keep for legal, tax, or insurance reasons.
To make a request, email info@trashtimevaletservice.com or call or text 689-238-9656. We will verify your identity (usually by confirming the phone number or email on file) and respond within a reasonable time, generally 45 days or sooner. We will never discriminate against you, deny service, or charge a different price because you exercised a privacy right.
12. State privacy rights
Some states grant residents specific privacy rights, including rights of access, correction, deletion, and portability. While many of these laws apply only to businesses far larger than ours, we extend the rights described in section 11 to all of our customers regardless of where they live. Florida residents and residents of other states with privacy statutes may submit requests using the contact methods above, and we will honor them to the extent required by applicable law or this policy, whichever is more generous.
13. Children's privacy
Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
14. Third-party websites and links
Our website links to third-party sites such as Google reviews, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and our online booking tools. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Review their policies before providing personal information.
15. Information is stored in the United States
We operate in Florida and store information in the United States. If you access our website from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
16. Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to read this policy and use our services. If you use assistive technology and have trouble with any part of our website, call or text 689-238-9656 and we will provide the information in a format that works for you.
17. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change whenever we do, and material changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the revised policy.

Terms of Service
1. Services
TTVS provides doorstep valet trash collection, junk removal, hauling, cleanouts, and related services in Orange, Seminole, and Osceola Counties, Florida. Valet trash service for communities is governed by a written service agreement between TTVS and the property; where these terms and a signed agreement conflict, the signed agreement controls.
2. Estimates and pricing
Junk removal estimates given by phone, text, or photo are good-faith ranges. The final price is confirmed on site before work begins, based on actual volume, weight, and access. You are never obligated to proceed: if the on-site price doesn't work for you, you can decline before we start at no charge. Valet trash pricing is a flat per-door rate stated in the community's service agreement.
3. Payment
Payment for junk removal is due when the job is complete, by card, electronic payment, or other methods we accept. Community valet trash service is invoiced monthly per the service agreement. Late commercial invoices may accrue reasonable late fees as stated on the invoice.
4. Scheduling and cancellations
You may reschedule or cancel a junk removal appointment at no charge with reasonable notice before the scheduled window. If our crew arrives and the job cannot proceed for reasons within your control, we may charge a reasonable trip fee, which we will tell you about before booking.
5. Items we cannot accept
We do not haul hazardous materials, including chemicals, paints, solvents, fuels, asbestos, and similar regulated waste. County programs accept most of these at low or no cost, and we are glad to point you to the right one. Our crew may decline any item that cannot be removed safely or lawfully.
6. Property access and care
You are responsible for providing lawful access to the service location and for telling us about hazards, access restrictions, or items that must not be removed. Our crew takes real care in hallways, doorways, and driveways. If you believe our work caused property damage, report it within 48 hours and we will address it promptly through our insurance where appropriate.
7. Insurance
TTVS carries general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. Certificates of insurance, including additional insured endorsements where contractually required, are available on request.
8. Ownership of removed items
Items you direct us to remove become the property of TTVS upon removal. Where practical, we donate or recycle items rather than landfill them. Check items carefully before removal; we cannot guarantee recovery of an item after it leaves the property.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, TTVS's total liability arising from any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service, except for claims covered by our insurance or liabilities that cannot be limited by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida. Before filing anything, call us. The owner answers, and nearly every issue gets fixed in one conversation.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
